We are proud to introduce our RVG Performance 3″ Catless Race Downpipes for the BMW 535i & 535xi E60 N54. RVG Performance catless downpipes offer the best balance of reliability, performance, and cost per horsepower available for your car.

The gains from catless downpipes start from 60HP according to the MHD tuner using a stage2 tune. Replacing the factory downpipes, including integrated restrictive catalytic converters with catless downpipes, results in a quicker spool, an improvement in horsepower, a deeper exhaust note.

With a catless downpipe, the engine bay temperature will drop significantly, which results in better longevity for the turbos, valves seals, and all hoses and plastic. We use a highly optimized design to ensure we offer better quality than our competitors, wider diameter, and smooth mandrel-bent design, which allows a more significant increase in airflow.

Our downpipes are handcrafted from SS304 stainless steel and include a lifetime warranty for any manufacturing defects.
