The cast aluminum end boxes, which have been flow-optimized in the CFD system, and the integrated air baffles at the inlet ensure even filling of the intercooler and minimal pressure losses. The connections at the inlet and outlet have been expanded to ?60 mm and the original click connections have been eliminated, further optimizing the airflow.
